Re: the sjw menace

I sympathize with worries about the whole Crying Wolf effect and how people end up not wanting to hear about social issues, but I think people have more of a responsibility to remind themselves that these really are serious issues than most people who complain about that acknowledge. Plus it kind of bugs me that the same people who scoff at ideas about how media and the rest of society influence the way we look at certain groups will go ahead and blame SJWs for coloring the way they see people who talk about these things. Are we good at seeing and judging people as individuals or not?
