Too convoluted. Give us some details so we can catch up.

I'm not the OP, but I read this as being like something that happens frequently on the "World of Warcraft" forums.

Poster wants a legacy server. People point out that if the costs of getting said server up, running, and maintained would be worth the expenditure, Blizzard would do it.

They haven't yet.

Poster replies, "But me (and my friends) will pay them!"

Your $15 is not worth a multi-million dollar expenditure, sorry... Cost vs profit analysis is not yet in your favor.

SA^^ Thank you. I thought I was looking at some kind of personal vendetta.

OP

Thank you so much. That's exactly what I meant.

If I decided to kindly explain to everyone I've seen leaving an angry demand as to why a multimillionaire dollar company is so stupid as not to be be swayed by one potential offer of $30-50 from that particular person to buy their video game versus the many, many thousands localization would cost, I'd have no time left in my week.

It's like a rash. I don't understand how people can keep on typing the same thing over and over whenever they don't get a game they want, and their brains not automatically implode as a safety feature to protect the rest of us.

"Company X is so stupid! Why don't they want my money??? I'm almost throwing it at them!" And pffft! Safety feature activated. Better for all.
