The only negative traits I remember is that they're both tattle-tales (well, Hermione got better) and they both got violently jealous one time. I think people feel negatively about their competitiveness but if they were boys nobody would give them shit.

Hermione was also a nagging SJW about the house elves, but that's good, because nobody (except maybe Dumbledore) took the elves seriously. Can't hate her for that or even be annoyed.

And, well, Lisa wants to become the president. Can't hate her ambition.
