People who take forever to get to a point or stutter a lot. It makes me so angry. >:(

Stuttering is usually something people can't control though? I mean, just being long winded is one thing, but people generally don't CHOOSE to stutter.

NAYRT - I wonder if they mean "dithering" more than stuttering.

The same is true with going on. It CAN be a sign of a learning disability, or even just a habit the other person can't help. But there's also people who just do not care that no one's listening anymore.

you know, i don't mind stuttering so much, but it really tests my patience when i have to wait three minutes into the conversation for the person to finally say the key words that will let me know what the topic they're going on about is

and i can't interrupt them to ask with my guesses because they get offended and it doesn't really make the conversation move any faster
