A super personal one, and I also got over it, but I could not watch Annie or listen to any of the music for many years, because I associated it with my abusive father. (He was a grade school teacher and every year he would direct a production of it so it was always heavily associated with him in my mind.) Glad I'm over that now tbh, I like Annie.
