The down side of him being a grown adult, we can only lock him up in the hospital when it's serious.

Also our hospital is stupid as fuck and not that helpful. He has then wrapped around his finger. Most of the time he thinks nothing is wrong. He's currently holed up somewhere going on a bender and should surface in a week or so. Goddamnit.

That's not good, not a good sign at all. If his girlfriend loves him, I hope she can wake up, stop being selfish, and take responsibility and stop enabling him long enough to get him to see his actual situation. Would be so hard seeing your little brother go through this. Stupid hospital.
