Yeah, they could be pretty 2edgy4me and their jokes just make me cringe now.

And I know it's fandom but there's only so much pedantic whining I can take and fanficrants has that in spades.

They pretty much had to since ranting about anything else brings the risk of people jumping on you for any perceived slight. They're some of the few people I'd be willing to call SJW if the term wasn't so watered down it's basically useless.
