Anything Rutger Hauer or Christopher Lambert did in the 90's during the golden age of straight-to-video.

Split Second with Rutger is fucking amazing, as is a film Lambert did called Mean Guns. They're not high art, but Mean Guns in particular is just a great cornball action movie that almost nobody's ever heard of. It's basically 'The Most Dangerous Game', but with a bunch of rival mobsters locked up inside a prison while the guy that set it up watches (played by Ice-T).

Sometimes it crops up on Netflix, but the last time I saw it, it was a terrible transfer.
