Yeah, that's fair! I'm not a part of the fandom, so I'm not going to offer any opinions here. It's just that with Holmes, the novelty of the opinion took me aback. Whovians seem to have quite a lot of debates about the Doctor's gender, but this has never been an issue in the SH fandom.
