Yeah the slow update process is frustrating. On the upside Unsounded continues to be amazing and I am still shocked but how much Ashley puts out on a consistent basis.

It's really annoying reading webcomics and being told there will be a certain update schedule and then getting lied to about it. There's nothing demanding that they finish it, but the communication helps. Order of the Stick went through a period of difficulty where the author wasn't able to update, so he basically said "updates come when they come" and you know what? I check occasionally to see where it's at (although it has improved since his health has, which is great since it's an awesome comic) and have no compunction.

I guess seeing people with real buffers and keeping their promises in update schedules with high quality output makes me less inclined to really enjoy comics that don't.

Unsounded is astounding! I can hardly believe such art quality and depth of story is humanly possible.
