rebecca sugar's influences are obviously anime + 90s cartoons with maybe a little indie comics throw in, but the show itself doesn't have the fun and exaggeration of the first two

My sample size is limited to what I've seen on FS, but honestly, the first thing that comes to mind for me is Hanna - Barbera. OP, did you never watch The Flintstones or The Jetsons, growing up?
