The Nike Air line is made unusually narrow; I have AA-width feet, so the guy at the shoe story recommended them to me, too, and they're the type of running shoe I wear most often as well.

If you're in the same boat it could be that you've just figured out they're the perfect fit for your ski feet on your own.

This is an excellent term I'm going to steal.

This is totally my problem. I'm a UK 13 which pretty much just at the edge of what you can find it non-specalist stores, but have very narrow feet/heels. Only a few boot brands I can pick up, and the airforce ones fit that niche for trainers.

Still need to find the right brands for professional shoes though. That's an everlasting struggle.
