(Anonymous) 2015-09-29 01:30 am (UTC)(link)I'm not quite sure what you mean...? My mentality is basically "no female character is ever as bad as Kate." For example, when I started watching Arrow I knew that Laurel Lance was not a popular character, so I was somewhat expecting not to like her.
Then when I started watching I remember thinking: "she's not so bad - clearly these people have never seen Kate!" Now Laurel is one of my favourites.
The same things has happened with plenty of other female characters - while everyone else is busy hating on them, I'm left thinking "hey, I survived KATE."
