watch some Spanish soap operas on youtube. this is a OK way to get some practice.

^^This, but as a supplement to instruction. Watching native Spanish shows (not dubbed) was strongly advised by my Spanish teacher in college. I couldn't pick out but a few random words from time to time, but something about hearing the language as it's meant to be spoken (not in an instructional setting) is helpful.

Thirding this.

And if you aren't into soap operas, there's surprisingly a good variety of movies of different genres so you can try that too.

And maybe check series produced for International audiences? Those sometimes have the advantage that are spoken in a Spanish more clear than the one used in other local productions.

I would also check out Spanish music. It has helped me a lot when it comes to my French at least.

I had a friend who learned a lot of vocab by watching Spanish wrestling and cooking shows. Loaded with vocabulary with visuals to go with!
