As a metaphor, the movie The Babadook; and for semi-fiction, some of comedian Maria Bamford's recent standup and short skits, which draw a lot on her struggles with OCD/BPD. It's not as straightforward a depiction because she often favors a sort of surreal humor, but many of her observations feel straight-on.
