Thank you for the response & the advice.

I suppose it says something about my general point of view on the world that my concern is less that I'll be inundated with requests to meet up and that it'll be just too many to keep track of, and more that no one will ever respond to any of my messages with more than, like, a bored demand to go away

I don't know I got issues clearly. But seriously, thank you for the response, I'll try to bear those guidelines in mind.
