Honestly, what was so fun about it? Are you one of those people who thinks that the scene where Usagi throws Seiya over her shoulder and shouts "a no is a no!" is "fun"? Just saying.

You've got to be trolling, right?

(Anonymous) 2015-10-04 09:44 pm (UTC)(link)
YUp, someone who doesn't agree with you is a troll *rolls eyes*

(Anonymous) 2015-10-04 09:48 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh you <3 Why you trying so hard, hun? I doubt anyone cares about this vintage wank.

(Anonymous) 2015-10-04 09:51 pm (UTC)(link)
da

I dunno, your original reply seemed a little hostile for what the first anon said.

They're 100% trolling, because they know very well how the scene in question actually went down but are really invested in mispresenting it. What I want to know is why. There is so little potential for wank here.

I'm not misinterpreting the scene at all. I know the Seiya falls on Usagi by accident and I'm not accusing Seiya of anything. I just don't find relationships where one character is pushy and has a unreciprocated crush and the other character isn't interested (in this case Usagi already has a boyfriend and even tells Seiya this :P). I realize that I reacted to your original comment much too angrily and I apologize.

Oh, so even though you're aware the scene is an intentional case of misunderstanding slapstick, I'm "one of those people" for daring to find it amusing? Not buying this sincerity schtick, tell us your real deal!

NAYRT, but it's possible this just hit them on a bad day. I like Seiya, and I think their friendship was profound and entertaining, but when I was watching it for the first time I had an overly attached friend who had just flipped the line to stalker. He was harmless, but it skeeved me out and I have to be in a certain frame of mind to watch Stars even now.

I mean, I know I've occasionally overreacted to a hot button before. It's not uncommon. If they've apologized, it's probably best to let it go.
