Talk to her about this, absolutely. Don't let it fester and don't just silently pay a few dollars for it. She's been shown to be reasonable to your face before, so what amounts to her selfish myopia (and/or opportunism) about this needs some brief discussion. Be calm, assertive and to the point. Don't be defensive, apologetic or petty. With someone like that, there's always going to be some annoying hypocritical behaviour, but you can control the more egregious examples

If you're fantasising about small claims court, wow, either you're averse to confronting her, or think she may not listen to you. Talk to her about stuff *before* you get too tense to have a calm discussion about things that bug you. But also pick your battles. Your paycheck is on the line here though.
