I've done it lots in the past. Interview them as much as they interview you. Think a lot about what you are prepared to compromise on and what you aren't. State that upfront. Have questions and hypotheticals ready to go, without seeming too uptight. Do they seem inflexible or irresponsible or craycray? Keep an eye out for clues if you meet them at their house. Stalk their social media if you can. Good luck!
