Re: Room/House shares with randoms?

I actually found the best room mate I have ever had on craigslist of all places. It can really work out as long as you are exceptionally clear about what you want from a room mate relationship.

Also a good thing to have is a probationary period where either of you can choose to break a contract if it isn't working out for you. Generally it means only one of you is on the lease and the other can simply leave if the living situation isn't working out well.

Basically, as long as you're good at writing contracts, that might be the way to go.
