Like if you had said that "I am so angry that this movie is a..." that would probably have passed.
case, I think, tries to make it as objective as possible what is and is not a secret, so it's almost like a legal formula.

With only a question, it comes off like asking a question of everybody at large as opposed to saying something you kept a secret. Like an image of some actor going "why is this character white?" "why did this character act this way?" "did this show have to air?" is just asking a question of the community/the general you. It doesn't really express a secret.
