What is intentional or not gets fuzzy here, because of ignorance. Wilful ignorance in this day and age. Someone ignored their sexual partner's "NO" and fucked them anyway? How could it get to that stage where they could ignore a "NO" and still think that wasn't rape? Fucked up ideas about marriage, women, men, sex.
