I want to live there. Or The Shire. Whichever, both are acceptable.

(The thing is if I were a Hobbit I could eat six meals a day and no one would look at me funny for it, so being a Hobbit still has advantages.)

Hahha, yeah, that'd be nice. Plus I love mushrooms, and sitting around with a small group of friends in a garden is one of my favorite pastimes. I think I'd make a pretty good hobbit, were I not a 5'11'' woman.

Maybe you could be The Shire's resident giant; you can be their new peacekeeper!

(I would be a near perfect Hobbit, as I'm only 5 foot. It must be nice being able to reach things...)

It's true, I like being able to reach things! But I don't like having bend down a lot, so I'll probably stick with Bree or Gondor ;-)

That would hurt one's back after a period of time. I guess you could be like Gandalf and just visit now and then... The Shire would be a lovely place for a vacation, but maybe not a home in your case.
