Urgh I hate dissatisfying endings and what the hell with #1?!? Why would you change that?!? Usually I don't mind source deviations but that makes no sense and weakens the characters/ending?! So...shallow!

I know! As soon as we realized what was happening, my sister and I gave each other, "What the fuck?" looks.

Giving you what the fuck looks through the phone. No. Nope. Not watching now, can't deal with endings that make me mad because then my thoughts and memories will forever be of the ending. Nope. Am out, gone. Was gonna wait for DVD but now I am no. *flounces*

It isn't going to ruin the whole movie, but eh. It is disappointing. And I think I will warm up to the post-rescue scenes (but forever bitter about Lewis going out).

I find if its something I dislike at the start/middle of a movie I can let it go but when it's near the ending it colours the whole experience and just makes me cranky/annoyed I wasted my time. Better to just...not.

Bit like eating the good bits of a meal last so it ends nicely rather than something I dislike and have to deal with the aftertaste.
