It's the shacks in New Vegas (and to an extent FO3, but mostly New Vegas) that get me on that note....there's a bunch of them with the exact same layouts, right down to the placement of items in a couple of them.

And what's REALLY weird is that no two Vaults have the same layout, whereas you'd expect them to be built to a standard (unless the Vault's experiment called for variation, like Vault 19's)...

It's funny because the vaults in Fallout 1/2 are all nearly exactly the same, layout-wise. Granted, you only ever see 5 across 2 games, and one of them wasn't technically even in the Vault program.
