Is the dog okay? :(

Called the cops once to do a welfare check, had heard lots of yelling/screaming and was concerned. Don't know of any follow ups, never actually met the people who lived there.

No clue. The cops said they can't go inside the house or ask to see the dog.

I see up thread nothing spca like in your area. Maybe you can see if one of the animal cop shows are in your area or if your department for animals has a page on who to report to?

That dog is on a horrible path to being human aggressive :(
