Oh honey, I'm so sorry to hear. Can you get on some kind of medical assistance, considering you'll be (presumably) unemployed? I'm on one now. At any rate, SEE YOUR THERAPIST before you lose everything and get a professional to give you directions as to where you go from there. They should know what you need to do and who will take you.

Have you talked with your program about your mental health? They should be willing to pause or work with you if they know how hard things have been, and considering you're seeing a therapist for bulimia (and presumably anxiety/depression?) they might be able to work with you.

Other than that, try to just take it one step at a time. You can still finish with your Master's right? That's great! I understand you're stressed, and maybe you can talk with your professor if you need to. But if it's just one class, maybe that'll be a little easier to focus on than doing a whole program?
