No. If it's just a thoughtless non-decision, then I will judge them by their behavior alone.
However if they actively describe themselves as non feminist, then that's a warning sign for me.

I've never met anybody who identified as "equalist" or whatever in real life and didn't have some stupid opinion about things being "too equal" and "too PC" if you even so much as talked about privilege and -isms.

Same, "equalism" reminds me of a bunch of geeky dudes I used to hang out with (who I no longer talk to because they've gotten 10x worse and are absolutely nuts) - who responded to the idea of "equality" with: "Does that mean I can hit women back?"

Cool, cool, I'm reassured that that's the first thing that pops into your head.

Ugh, those guys. Seriously, if your idea of equality is thinking that it's all about your right to punch women as well as men (instead of oh, maybe not punching ANYONE, crazy I know) then I don't want to date you because you scare me.

Oh yeah I've had some fandom stoushes with dudes who say stuff along those lines.

Like, Mad Max has a tough fighting chick? Let me tell you all about how women are just way too weak for that ever to be realistic! Female fans say uh no it's actually realistic, women can take on men. Responses along the lines of great! this means I can punch em out with a clear conscience!

Or that MRA dude who challenged women on twitter to fight him, if they thought a woman could ever be as strong as a man. A few professional woman fighters DID challenge him, let's set up a time and a place, and he suddenly went all "uh you just posers".
