If you're really tired, then nap. Your body needs that sleep.

From tomorrow, get out into daylight first thing in the morning - bright sunshine is best. This will re-set your body clock. Gentle exercise, like going for a walk, will help too.

No caffeine after breakfast. Caffeine stays in the body for 24 hours, so after a eek, no caffeine at all. (It's hell coming off it, but it gets better.)

If none of that works, try "The Sleep Solution" by Ball and Hough. An immensely useful three-week workbook.

And if that doesn't work, get thee to a sleep specialist, if you can! Sleep disorders are easily diagnosed, if you don't mind having your hair full of goo, and most conditions are easily treated.
