Believe me I don't. But it does make me lose respect for them. All I see is a someone shameless trying to scam people for something they could get for free or could do themselves.

I don't see how an exchange of money for product qualifies as a "scam?" Plenty of people do things for free--music, art, crafts, where other people get paid. Your last sentence applies to absolutely everything in life.
