Healthy, functional friendships between men and other men, women and other women, men and women, etc. where people are supportive, don't tear each other down or enforce horrible stereotypes and gender roles, things like that.

i mean, i get that conflict drives story

but you'd think some of this would be easier to find.

i at least wish writers would stop romanticising and reinforcing abusive relationships.

I'll agree with this. Especially since there's plenty of ways for healthy couples to still have conflict, either within the relationship or as something they have to confront together.
