Ummmmmmmmmmmm I guess to have enough money on the side to constantly buy frivolous things? Housekeepers? Clothes that are brand name and always fit?

And like, more money than someone who is just "well off/managing"

There's not an exact amount in my head cause well size of family and number of kids and schools etc can really alter a status...
