I WROTE A LONG PRIVATE POST ON MY EXPERIENCES WITH DEPRESSION AND SUICIDAL THOUGHTS EARLIER TODAY AFTER SEEING A POST ON A FORUM AND NOW I FEEL WIPED OUT, BUT ALSO A BIT AT PEACE. AND SAD, BUT MOSTLY AT PEACE.

AND I WANT A CUP OF COCOA WITH CREAM.

I just did the same thing, except that I wrote it as a letter to a friend who explicitly told me I may go ahead and do that.
