voter apathy is obviously an issue, but blaming the public for not caring enough is not a solution

personally I think that anon is just being edgy because they went out of their way to tell us they weren't voting and the hashtag kind of gives them an attitude

Who tends to have the most apathy? Those who are the more disenfranchised in society. Who do the conservatives tend to represent in interests? The very much franchised.

You get apathetic voters voting, they'll tend to skew liberal.

Individually -> collectively, everyone has a responsibility to their society.
