OP, go look at the first comment. I come from a Creationist background, and the basic view is to treat the mention of evolution as just as much fiction as the rest.

The real question should be, why does it matter? Are you going to be debating evolution every single time you discuss your fandom? Do you really expect a Mass Effect fan to be debating RL evolution every time they discuss the 50,000 year cycle of the Reapers? If you do, then you really need to learn how to compartmentalise Fandom and Real Life in separate categories.

And not all Creation/ID believers are over-sensitive about it, or are in Fandom to debate it, or are even yelling "That's wrong!" every time evolution gets mentioned.


So OP, do you really need to ask your Fandom Friend?
