Re: How do you ship?
(Anonymous) 2015-10-27 01:57 am (UTC)(link)And I also like ships that start off with the characters being close friends, to where the idea of them possibly someday becoming a couple would feel natural. And yes, once I have a favorite character, I also occasionally like to try out a few different pairings with them just for the heck of it, see which ones I could see being long-term and which ones would be brief flings :D.
Sometimes all of that happens with a canon pairing, and sometimes it doesn't. I think more often than not a lot of my favorite pairings wind up being non-canon ones, but if I love the interaction and relationship and history between a canon couple, I'll happily ship them, too :).
