It's not weird or sad to live your life the way you want to live it.

But as far as there not being anything left to look forward to: it definitely feels that way for a while after college has ended -- or, at least, it did for me. After a time, though, as you get out into the world and start having new experiences, you discover that there are plenty of things to get excited about. The difference is that those things are no longer part of a standard plan; they're things that you have to seek out for yourself. That realization can be scary, but it can also be very, very freeing.
