Because I can appreciate a work of art, be it visual, music, film, etc. on its own merits. In fact, that's the way most of us approach art in the first place - because it reaches us or speaks to us in some way.

I actually do not understand your point of view. Do you go out and research every creator everywhere to see if they measure up to your moral standards before you decide whether or not to view what they created? In the end, even if someone is a shitty human being, if they created a gorgeous work of art, then it's a gorgeous work of art.
