yeah, I hear you, OP. I graduated ten years ago, haven't been able to get a job, still living with parents, no friends or relationships, keep thinking I should kill myself but there are still videogames I want to play and TV series I want to watch, so I keep putting it off. but it feels shitty to only have those things to want to live for.
