That one two page sequence did it? That one specifically? I mean, it actually kinds makes sense in the context, which I don't even have to spoil for you if you saw the tv series?

Is that from the Eclipse? (I'm thinking not, because Caska seems on the edge of tears in that frame and she seemed so oblivious during the events of the Eclipse.)

Replying late, but you anon so not sure how else to tell you. This is a scene in the manga that's not in the others. After Caska and Guts have sex on the waterfall, others notice a very new vibe between the two. Caska makes it a point of pretending nothing is different, then hops on her horse... when she makes that face. (First time + not gentle = ow) There's a bit of a "oh my god THEY DID." moment of recognition afterwards for those who could do the math which they try to cover up as she inevitably snaps her head around at them.
