February. And it is going to cost me (or rather my parents) another 1200 to register and pay for my study books. But it has to be done.

And you definitely won't have been the first person to need more than one try at passing that sucker, so don't be too hard on yourself.

A promotion. Plus just made an appointment with a caseworker to discuss hospice with my mom. Not ready to lose her and she's in denial, and I was hoping I could tell her I got promoted before she dies, and... today really sucked. I asked for feedback on my interview/hiring process and the head of the interview panel said he'd get back to me next week. Then a friend who works with the guy texted to say she'd heard from him that he was really surprised and puzzled that I didn't get the job, because I was one of the frontrunners. I think I know why-- right around when they were checking references, a customer sent a complaint in about me, saying I was the rudest person ever and should be fired immediately.
But this customer was, well, weird, and the supervisor who's in charge that day really doesn't like me and instead of backing me up said I sound rude every time I open my mouth. My regular supervisor tried to get me to contest this whole thing by proving the weekend supervisor was trying to get me in trouble, but I didn't want to make waves and now I'm kicking myself.

When I was in college, I failed one course by two points. But I was allowed to retake the test, and next time I passed by over ten. :)
