Especially as someone who was told by a Sunday School teacher at a previous church (we only visited one time thank God) why I was wrong for liking Pokemon because Pokemon were monsters and monsters were bad.

(Anonymous) 2015-10-31 02:07 am (UTC)(link)As for the Pokémon thing...wow. Yeah, I wouldn't return to that church, either. I don't get how they don't seem to understand the concept of fiction, or using one's imagination. I can't imagine going through life taking everything THAT literally.
