Yes, very angry. Basically the healer tells that the "anger" has no right to be in someone else's body and that they are more powerful than it, so could it kindly fuck off. (but in a verse!)

These kind of things we're practiced well into the 1800's, so we have actual writings about what it looks like (and lots of poems written down). During the ritual the healer:
1) becomes enraged,
2) his speech becomes loud and frenzied,
3) he foams at the mouth,
4) gnashes his teeth,
5) his hair stands on end,
6) his eyes widen,
7) he knits his brows
8) he spits often,
9) his body contorts,
10) he stamps his feet,
11) jumps up and down on the floor, and makes many other gestures.
So basically, pretty wild stuff. Would love to see some modern doctors try this.

(this being in the Western, Lutheran parts of Finland, in the East, the person would have to go ask for forgiveness from the elves, since the illness was seen as being caused from offending a spirit)
