it's referring to secret #3 of today's post

they're characters from a videogame called "undertale", which are canonically magical monster skeletons. in the secret, the artist drew fanart of them as humans

I think the meme started with the skeleton from Mystery Skulls Animated. I've definitely seen it prior to Undertale.
