With the costs of US healthcare (I'm not a resident, but from what I've heard, the costs can be extreme), I'd go with Plan B for the lower deductible. $6000 is a lot of money. Hell, $3000 is a lot, but I'd much rather pay $100 extra for the plan to save $3000.
