You are not Thomas the Tank Engine, and "I think I can" isn't enough to conquer your illness. Class and work are important, but they're less important than resting when you're sick.

Also, the doctor who wants to avoid putting you on stronger medications is a fucking idiot, and you're lucky he didn't get you killed.
