I don't know. I guess I'm uncomfortable with the idea of rape play specifically being initiated by the person playing the rapist? Like, I've had some fantasies leaning in that direction, but even if I were playing a dominant role in a relationship I wouldn't initiate specifically that kind of play unless asked for.

And I've also seen men who initiate it not because it si their fantasy (though it probably is) but because they assume it is all women's fantasy or because they see themselves as the one to make the other person's fantasies happen. Which, either way, is kind of creepy to me.

Completely 100% agreed on the second part, anyone assuming anyone has a kink because they're female, or a certain race, or belong to a certain group is skeevy. But it's the assumption that's the skeevy part, not the kink imo.

I wouldn't have a problem if the person brought it up in the context of kink and fiction, which would be a far cry from suddenly initiating it out of the blue, lol.
