Today I did some aptitude tests at the temp agency for a job I don't really want, but have a decent chance of getting. I need the money, but I can't bring myself to be even a little bit excited. Frankly it just depresses me.

I haven't done those kinds of tests for a job, but I know what you mean about not being excited about a job you really don't want. Maybe you can try it if you're offered a job and then search for another one if you're not happy?

That is the plan, but experience tells me that jobs like that suck my energy (and time, obviously)tend to minimize my efforts for looking something else, because I'm already so exhausted.

Also I'm getting so tired of never getting plan A or even plan B but more like plan F.

Oh, I hear you on that last part especially. It feels like it shouldn't be too much to ask for, right?

I'm sorry the job doesn't enthuse you, but good luck with it should you be hired anyway, and good luck with the continued search to find a job that you really DO want, and would enjoy.
