I'm sorry, I really am. Been there. It doesn't really help much right now, I know, but I think every single person that's typed their sympathies means it.

The robot phase is normal. It's coping, it's getting through one moment to get to the next. When the next phase hits, you're probably going to feel a whole lot at once and it's going to be a complete shitstorm in your brain. It's okay to ride it, even if people get freaked out because you're having emotions at them. They're your emotions, have them.
