How's everyone's Friday?

I, a grown adult woman, managed to fall out of bed last night on account of a bunch of nightmares. I wrenched my back and have been stuck in bed all day with muscle spasms.

Thanks. Since it is viral, she should hopefully just need a lot of rest and it will slowly work its way out.

It's ten minutes to Saturday and I'm still up because my bus to Nottingham leaves at 2am.

I hate early morning travel. Good luck and I hope you catch some sleep at some point.

Turned it a paper, so that was nice to be done with. Then celebrated my little sister's 5th birthday which was really nice.

Well I was really productive, got loads of shit done, had the printed copies of my book arrived, handed them off to the distributors, caught up on a lot of small tasks, did some admin troubleshooting, started inspection of a new software UI, bought some maps and christmascards and then finished Episode 2 of Life is Strange and then went to bed.

MAJOR productive day.

Yay for productive days. Glad you got a lot of stuff done.

Been okay. Bought a game and ate a couple chicken strips. Thinking about throwing together a little bit of light caprese for dinner and then watching Adventure Time.

I got some neat chocolates at work today, and I'm working on a new Sims town(while using my laptop for getting writing done).

I also have off tomorrow so I can stay up tonight.

Friday was good. Managed to find lightbulbs for my kitchen, kibble and de-worming for the cats and then got a haircut and dyed my hair in dark purple, pinkish red and lavender. That last one didn't take, though... Might try green/blue/purple next time if my current colours have faded enough by then.

Work was slightly frustrating in the morning & intensely dull in the afternoon. Then I bought and ate a truly, truly absurd burrito - it was tasty but it was also legitimately TITANIC, especially for a seven-dollar super burrito - so I am completely, completely stuffed. And now I'm probably going to watch some dumb action movies and maybe get drunk.

I spent six hours of it drawing fungi on deer shit.
